The platform provides parents and carers with free online peer support during the hours of 6pm-9pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays – click here to chat to a trained peer support worker during these hours.

Early Help and Prevention

Targeted Early Help provides families with help when difficulties are first identified, either by families themselves or professionals having worries. Families are allocated with an assigned Early Help worker who can work alongside other agencies to provide a joined-up approach to supporting families who are experiencing problems.
